Despite women gaining leadership roles, a new report suggests trust in women is declining.
Verian's Global Marketing Director, Lois Taylor, joins BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour to speak on society's perception of women in leadership, drawing on the latest findings from The Reykjavík Index for Leadership.
Taylor also discussed the cultural pushback against men in sectors such as childcare and potential factors, with "seeing increasing polarisation and reversion of gender norms in different sectors", contributing to the decline in index scores since the research began in 2018.
