At Verian, we ensure lived experiences of Seldom Heard audiences are placed at the centre of decision-making. Our teams across the globe work to amplify the voices of those that are at highest risk of being overlooked.

While many public facing organisations are keen to include diverse voices in their evidence and insights bases, knowing where to start and how to engage with vulnerable or hard-to-find audiences can be challenging.

In this webinar, our APAC team will share practical perspectives for meaningful engagement, guided by our 10 principles of Engaging with Seldom Heard Audiences. Through real-world case studies, they will explore and demonstrate how these principles are applied in practice, from where to start, how to keep quality up, and how to spend efficiently.

Date: 23 October 2025
Time: 11.00am (AEST) / 14.00 (NZST)

Panellists include:

  • Rachel Pita, Mahinga Māramatanga Ahurea (Cultural Insights Practice), New Zealand
  • Craig Donovan, National Director, Federal Government, Australia
  • Kathryn Robinson, Behavioural Insights Director, New Zealand

Melanie Wiese, Chief Innovation Officer APAC, will moderate the discussion.
