The Public Sector Reputation Index in New Zealand began in 2016, and is conducted annually, in response to demand from our public sector clients for rigorous, independent benchmarks of their reputation.

The Public Sector Reputation Index began in 2016, and is conducted annually, in response to demand from our public sector clients for rigorous, independent benchmarks of their reputation. The Index uses a globally validated reputation measurement framework that is customised to the needs of the New Zealand public sector.

We measure the reputation of nearly 60 New Zealand public sector agencies. Many agencies use the Index to set KPIs and monitor their reputation performance.
