The Reputation Index began in response to demand from our public sector clients for rigorous, independent benchmarks of their reputation.
We have just launched the Public Sector Reputation Index in Australia.
Kantar Public has been measuring the reputation of New Zealand’s public sector agencies since 2016, using our globally validated model of reputation that has been carefully adapted for the public sector.
This model includes four central pillars: trust, social responsibility, fairness and leadership.
2023 is the first year this annual study has been extended into both Australia and Singapore.
We have 39 departments and agencies on the Australian Index alone this year. Index results can be used by agencies to set KPIs and monitor their reputation performance.
