Calling all government communicators! Have you ever wondered how you can apply behavioural insights to drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement?

The 2-day course will explain how behavioural insights can be applied to the design and implementation of public sector communications. Combining principles from psychology, behavioural economics, and communication theory, this course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to address communication and stakeholder engagement challenges using behavioural insights. Throughout the course, you will grapple with real-world challenges, complete hands-on exercises and participate in deep discussions. Our expert trainers will share their experiences and insights, providing a practical perspective on the application of behavioural insights in Singapore and beyond.

Armed with the knowledge from this course, you will be well-positioned to develop behaviourally informed solutions that achieve the communication objectives and ultimately drive positive behaviour change in Singapore.

If you have any questions or require further information, please contact our Singapore team.

This course cemented the reason why behavioural design is very important for policymakers as well as for creating interventions and campaigns in the real world. The insights are really useful which I can apply to the day-to-day context.”
