Who it's for

Built for people tackling real service and engagement challenges

The Sprint is designed for experienced practitioners and team leaders working in:

CX & service design   |   Service transformation & delivery   |   Stakeholder & community engagement

Especially relevant for government, utilities, infrastructure and other public-purpose organisations where better services and experiences still aren’t translating into the uptake, follow-through, trust or participation you need.

Bring colleagues if you can. Teams can work together on a challenge from their own organisation and groups of 3+ receive the team rate.

What to expect

One day. A real challenge. Practical tools you can keep using.

Throughout the day, you'll apply Behavioural Design tools to a real-world service, experience or engagement challenge — building a clearer behavioural diagnosis and developing early-stage ideas you can take forward.

Workshop participants review a service journey map on a wall, using sticky notes and process diagrams to discuss and refine workflows.

1. Find the behavioural moment that matters

Turn broad outcomes such as uptake, trust or participation into specific behaviours you can design for.

Participants gathered around tables in a workshop session, discussing ideas and reviewing notes and materials together.

2. Diagnose what is shaping behaviour

Use behavioural science to identify the capability, opportunity and motivational factors behind what you are seeing.

Workshop participants collaborate around a desk, using sticky notes and worksheets to map processes and discuss improvement ideas.

3. Design more effective interventions

Apply behavioural principles to strengthen your existing ideas or develop new responses grounded in your diagnosis.

What you'll leave with

A behavioural lens and shared language to enhance existing CX, service design and engagement work

Practical behavioural tools and templates that can be applied immediately

Early-stage intervention ideas grounded in behavioural principles

Why Verian

Practitioner-led, not theory-led.

We teach the same Behavioural Design approaches we use in real client work, from behavioural diagnosis and intervention design through to prototyping, testing and evaluation.

The Sprint is designed for experienced practitioners, with practical tools, real examples and applied challenges that connect behavioural science to CX, service design, research and engagement.

"Through Verian's approach we were able to uncover the real problem we were solving and unpack barriers and solutions at a level of detail that we had not explored before.  I'd recommend this workshop for all CX Professionals and any business with a customer problem to solve."
