Verian to lead Digital Transformation Accelerator for the European Digital Innovation Hubs network

Verian is proud to announce the launch of a new project as the lead contractor for the Digital Transformation Accelerator (DTA) Phase II. The DTA provides support to the European Commission’s flagship initiative of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) to accelerate digital transformation across Europe. This project, delivered in partnership with  together with LOW Associates, ALLAI and the University of Bologna, will underpin the next phase of the EDIH Network, as they focus on supporting AI adoption in Europe.

The DTA’s core mission is to foster a vibrant community of digital innovation hubs and stakeholders, enabling European companies—especially SMEs and public sector organisations—to access cutting-edge digital technologies and expertise. This new phase of DTA will focus on:

• Supporting EDIHs in accelerating the uptake of Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation in business and public administration.
• Facilitating collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the EDIH Network through matchmaking, events, and best practice exchange.
• Supporting the delivery of the network’s four core services: ‘test before invest’, skills and training, support to find investment, and innovation ecosystem networking.
• Maintaining and enhancing the EDIH web platform, ensuring up-to-date access to resources, training, and success stories for all stakeholders.

The DTA will work closely with the European Commission’s AI Office and the supporting AI ecosystem in Europe. This collaborative approach will ensure that the EDIH Network remains a one-stop shop for digital innovation and AI adoption across Europe.
